EVAVERSE is a Free-To-Play game, which means no wallet or NFT is required to start playing.

First you have to create an EVAVERSE account on the EVAVERSE website.

Then, you can opt to connect your wallet to your EVAVERSE account, which allows you to use your NFTs within the EVAVERSE world (if you have EVAVERSE compatible NFTs).

The next step is to create a Steam account and install the steam gaming platform on your computer/laptop. Then you can download the EVAVERSE Game through the EVAVERSE store page on steam.

As per the Whitepaper, the $EVA token is currently in development, with a planned release in between Q3/Q4 2022.

The $EVA token’s function will be to reward the EVAVERSE community, plus to create a decentralized ownership model to incentivize engagement and growth in the game.

There are 3 purposes of the $EVA token:

1) Reward early adopters and supporters.

2) Support sustainable growth of the EVAVERSE.

3) Capital raise.

The Whitepaper also mentions a plan to have a governance token, which is not further elaborated.

For use in the EVA Games, there are three categories within the EVAVERSE ERC-721 NFT Collection which can be bought on OpenSea:

• First Arrivals (floor price August 2022 0.119 ETH).
• Turtle Troop (floor price August 2022 0.044 ETH).

Since the $EVA token has not yet been released, momentarily you can earn off-chain tokens that represent a future allocation of the in-game utility token.

You can earn tickets for playing Hoverboard races, leveling up your Hoverboard and/or finding in-game treasures.

Every 24 hours, the top 10 racers on the Leaderboard will receive additional tickets, which can be exchanged for Evaverse Badges that represent a future allocation of the in-game utility token.

Additional earning mechanisms are planned for the future with a growing gaming community and once the Play-To-Earn economy launches.

NFT Avatar levels will be introduced. The levels increase as you play. Higher-level NFTs will earn more tokens.

The $EVA tokens will be distributed to NFT holders as they participate in the EVA Games. These need to be spent within the game to increase capacity for earning.

There will also be an option to craft and clone new NFTs or level up land, which will offer unique bonuses for the time playing.

“Although there is activity on EVAVERSE’s Twitter, it seems that the development of the game features is on hold. The website mentions the existence of various games, however currently only one game is playable.

The idea of EVAVERSE is not mind-blowing. There are many similar concepts of Play-To-Earn metaverse or platforms, such as NFT4Play, ZONE or Chaingames.

Due to the lack of clear information and a clearly missing structure behind the project, I would not recommend investing in this game. Although you can play the game without having to invest your own money, I do not think that the currently earnable off-chain tokens will ever convert to something valuable.”

EVA Games company aims to offer an ever-expanding gameplay with fully designed game mechanisms that allows players to earn cryptocurrency while playing their favored games.

EVAVERSE currently has 4 NFT types that are operable in the game:

First Arrivals: A collection of 10,000 game avatar NFTs. These animated playable game avatars can be used in the EVAVERSE world. Turtle Troops: 5,000 game avatars in turtle form. They can be used to play mini-games like riding Hoverboards. They will be the key players in the Turtle racing game mode, which will be released in 2022.

Hoverboard: An NFT collection of fast vehicles for all EVAVERSE players. Each Hoverboard owned can be used to compete inside the EVAVERSE game ride “Eva Grand Prix” against other players.

The Hoverboards were given as free airdrop for all First Arrival NFT Holders. Each Hoverboard has unique features and a unique design, determining its acceleration, maximum speed and handling. It can be used to participate in Hoverboard races and can be levelled up to increase its overall performance and earning potential.

Additionally, there is a Wonderland NFT collection, not mentioned on the website but it is mentioned in the whitepaper. It is a 1000 holiday themed, in-game gear NFT collection of which each 3D model can be worn by all EVAVERSE game avatars. It was earned through participation in the first holiday event, the EVAVERSE Wonderland event that took place in 2021.

Its current floor price on OpenSea is 0.07 ETH.

Hoverboard Racing

The player can purchase a Hoverboard on OpenSea, which will grant them access to ride their board in an Eva Grand Prix against other players.

Additionally, the players may participate in races using a free Hoverboard; however, these free Hoverboards have limited earning capacities and fewer competitive advantages than purchased Hoverboards.

Completed races grant XP for the used Hoverboard and additional Bonus XP is awarded for winning races in the top places. It is important to know that higher prestige boards give more bonus experience and level up faster than lower prestige boards.

Each Hoverboard NFT has its unique stat profile that dictates its performance. The more you race, the more your Hoverboard will level up; the more your board levels up, the more advantage you obtain for racing.

Cosmic Cup

A thrilling competition for pet creatures. As a player, you can take charge of your pet and join the race against other players. With strategically timed abilities, you can make your way through the Cosmic Stadium, battling and racing towards the finish line. Even if you are not racing, you can spectate and witness the intense action up close.
