DC Comics Releases Another NFT Comic

Another limited-edition digital collector's title from DC Comics has been announced. This is an affordable collectible based on Dark Nights: Death Metal #1 and is available on the NFT marketplace, DC Collectible Comics (DC3).

These NFT comics are available in five rare cover versions, including a classic image of Batman playing a burning electric guitar. As these DC Comics creations are very popular and also sell for a low price, those wishing to own a piece of this collection will have to act quickly, as supplies are limited.

DC3 has released a total of 4,000 of these NFT comics, priced at $9.99 each, and there is a limit of two purchases per account to get this rare piece to as many fans as possible.

DC Comics Dark Nights: Death Metal #1 is a continuation of The Dark Nights: Metal series.

The Dark Night: Death Metal #1 was released in June 2020 as a continuation of the Dark Nights: Metal storyline. The story begins with Batman discovering a dark multiverse that exists beneath the current one. The author of the entire series is Scott Snyder, who began this story with seven evil versions of Batman. Over time, these characters have served as inspiration for artists to create new versions, with some proving to be very popular.

Like the previous versions of the comics, Dark Nights: Death Metal #1 ran for three years before being discontinued. Now seems a good time to immortalize it in the form of an NFT, to give fans the opportunity to own a part of this interesting story.

In October 2022, DC Comics made it clear that they plan to release affordable NFTs of their popular comics every week. Superman #1 was the first NFT comic they released, with only 3,000 copies available for less than $10, and five levels of rarity.
