Division Network News
Division Network is a metaverse based on three leading platforms, which are referred to as NFT Market, Meta-Space, and Meta-city. The game recently introduced an Open Beta and Project Galaxy.
Open Beta Version
The Beta version will be divided into several phases. Phase 1 is currently running, and once it is completed, the following phases will be announced. The current Beta version is used to validate and test new content and features for the first time.
A new feature will be the ability to decorate My-Space, a virtual land that users own. My-Space owners can furnish it with stylish objects and furniture. In the first release, players will also encounter different types of NPCs with whom they can interact and complete quests or missions. They will be able to meet NPCs at all major landmarks in Meta-City Seoul, such as Seonjeongneung, where they will be able to meet NPCs at institutions such as a bank, a mall, or a school.
The main feature in the Beta is the introduction of P2E, which is based on PET NFTs, which can be cute in appearance but also very clever, depending on how the player builds and tweaks them.
LAND NFT will be viewed as virtual properties in the Metaverse, where players can build properties they can decorate inside and outside. The owner of the land that other players desire can secure various monetization methods such as rent, advertising, or admission fees.
Another new feature is converting various NFT items, characters, and costumes to on-chain or off-chain status. They can do this by visiting the bank and talking to the NPCs there.
Detailed instructions on how to use all the new features can be found here.
Project Galaxy
Division Network has launched a partnership with one of the top NFT-as-a-Service providers, Project Galaxy. Project Galaxy has acquired one of the rarest premium NFT LANDs with the best location in the yet-to-be-opened Meta-City, Tokyo. Division Network allocates premium NFTs so the Project Galaxy team can start shaping NFTs in Meta-Cities. Overall, a certain amount of LAND NFT under the Division Network team's management will be allocated to the Division's major partners who are willing to create valuable content in the Metaverse.
"The LAND NFT grant program initiated in partnership with Polygon is one of the innovative and very sustainable ways to bring high-quality Polygon partners into our Division ecosystem. With Project Galaxy's valuable experience and professional background, we are confident that we can integrate with them in many aspects at a high level and support them to create the best user experience and design the most customized NFTs with different use cases within our augmented reality" - Boburjon Muydinov (Head of Business Development at Division Network).
