Splinterlands is running away from mobile app stores

Splinterlands is regularly played by Charlie Gamingteam members, meaning we can bring you regular information about the game.

App vs. mobile browser

Due  to the high fees charged by the largest app stores, Google Play and the App Store  (30% of each sale), the developers decided to switch to a new platform, more suitable for mobile devices. The Navbar (navigation bar) will be introduced  first, and other features such as Non-card market will follow.

Chaos Legion (CL) packs:

The  team had a discussion with Agroed about the possible burning of CL packages. We  are still waiting for a verdict, but if the burning did happen, it wouldn’t  be sudden and also would take some time. Airdrops will continue. There is an  Airdrop FAQ at.

New information about DAO

The  Splinterlands team will reduce Guild brawl rewards by 1% every month for 65  months. Guild rewards are expected soon, namely 30 rewards for level 5, 25  rewards for level 4, and 20 rewards for level 3. The top 10 guilds will be  rewarded, with the first getting 10 SPS, and the rest splitting 20 % / 30 % of  the total amount. The money manager (DOW) wants to encourage levelling in  this way, and therefore advises guilds not to hesitate and to level up as  quickly as possible.

Tournaments and Brawls

The  developers want to create a community proposal that would determine the SPS  rewards for each Brawls tier at the end of development. It will be possible  to purchase Blood & Power stones for vouchers until the end of November  2022. After SPS rewards are issued, SPL will adjust the Fray composition for individual  Tiers. RiftWatchers should also appear soon.

Splinterfest 2023:

The developers want to hold a fan meeting in the Philippines next year. This country is ranked second in terms of the number of purchased Splinterlands packs. More information about the meeting will be announced sufficient time before the event.
