Splinterlands Updates and Fixes
Splinterlands is constantly improving and updating. We have taken a look at the news the developers had in store for us in February.
Splinterlands has seen several fixes and improvements during the early months of 2023.
● Dispel and Life Leech will no longer trigger on blast damage, but only on first targeting
● The "Going the Distance" and "Wands Out" rulesets will no longer be available in Brawls and Tournaments for the Chaos-only set. The reason for this is to prevent any potential card shortage issues
● The Scattershot attack will be re-focused to target even cloaked monsters
● A bug has been fixed, which had been incorrectly determining the level of cards being verified during team submissions in open tournaments.
● The ability to clear mana cost selection when forming a team has been added
General updates
● A bug has been fixed that incorrectly displayed title selections in the drop-down menu when editing player profiles
● An End of Chaos Legion sales leaderboard has been added, which will be available after the last million packs are reached, on the Chaos of Legion pack page
● The term "Splinters" has been changed to "Elements" in some places in the text, due to some naming changes in the game’s lore
● Some naming conventions in the Merdhampir & Djinn Muirat lore have also been corrected
● Skok Suskblighat's lore has also been updated
The developers are continuing to improve the performance of the game, with the biggest focus being on the way cards are drawn and dumped.
